Whole Bean and Ground Coffee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your whole bean or ground coffee, you have a 30-day period to initiate the exchange process. To get started, please contact us at info@sodecoffee.com, our customer service team will assist you with any questions or concerns.
To ensure a smooth exchange experience, please return the coffee in its original packaging and we will handle the rest for you.
If the return is in 3 days or due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide you with a prepaid return label.
K-Cup and Nespresso Capsules
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any K-Cup or Nespresso capsule products. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these items, please reach out to info@sodecoffee.com, and our customer service team will assist you.
